Patrick Fenske (TC Publicity Chair) was born in Würzburg, Germany in 1992. He received his M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen- Nürnberg (FAU), Erlangen, Germany, in 2019, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree. In the same year, he joined the Institute of Microwaves and Photonics, FAU. His current research focuses on the synchronization and localization of UAVs using secondary radar nodes.
